Bayside at Bethany Lakes is located in Ocean View, Delaware, only about a mile from the beach, making it one of the closest and most beach-accessible communities in the local area. On a beautiful summer day, you’ll find our owners and guests soaking up the sun on the sand just minutes after leaving their front doors.
We are a community of 208 homes (carriage houses and villas) featuring beautifully landscaped lawns and interconnected sidewalks that make the neighborhood easy to navigate. Our amenities center around a stunning Clubhouse featuring a large indoor pool, hot tub, and a fitness center equipped for both cardio and weight training. The facility also hosts a game room, card room, bar, full kitchen, and a Great Room—making it the perfect hub to work out or hang out.
Outdoor life here is just as vibrant, with a large pool overlooking White Creek and its protected wetlands, a kayak launch, marina, Sunset Deck, tennis and pickleball courts, and two playgrounds.
